Cows

Cows are a very ancient symbol in dreams. It recalls the biblical passage about seven fat cows and seven lean cows, dream of an Egyptian pharaoh played by Joseph, one of Jacob’s sons. Thus this ancient and traditional symbol is considered a good omen. Dreaming of fat and beautiful cows suggests that everything is okay and will continue to be this way at least in the immediate future. If a woman dreams about this, it means her wishes will be carried out. Dreaming about the milking of healthy fat cows suggests affairs are going well. Dreaming of skinny cows on poor pasture fields symbolizes the exact opposite. To dream about a stampeding herd of cows suggests affairs will go from bad to worse due to the lack of control and it threatens to cause significant losses. Dreaming about milking means longing for profit, quick enrichment, fun and pleasures, but if the cow in any way spills the milk, means imminent risk of failures in any activity. An artist or an intellectual who dreams about young cows may have a significant improvement in their affairs (social or economic success in the near future), but if cows are skinny and sick, it will mean the exact opposite. Dreaming of black, dirty, skinny and sick cows is a bad omen. To dream about white and healthy cows is always a promise of prosperity for the immediate future. When you see one or more calves in a dream, then it is a warning that a cruel disappointment will be received from a much estimated person….

In this ladder the steps have continuity; it represents continuous difficulties and obstacles. The spiral staircase symbolizes a vicious circle. Often accompanied by a feeling of anxiety and fear and symbolizes that we are spending our energy on something that does not deserve our effort. The ladder can almost have a highly spiritual meaning, which we will know by the number of steps (should be a sacred number, almost always seven) and, for the atmosphere of the dream. In these cases it represents the rise of the soul to God or the descent of God to the soul to grant his grace. To climb up a ladder, means success and triumph. To fall from one, means failure and loss of position. Passing below one, means humiliation, shame. Seeing a ladder on the floor means disease. To lift it, indicates healing. Seeing one leaning against a wall shows danger….
